7 Habits of Highly Effective People: Character Is the Key
There is character still in the world and those of you whom have read the book by Stephen covey now understand that. 3. First Thing First – This is help on dealing with other, handling work life balance, and an appreciation of your own time.

2. Seek First to Understand, Then Be Understood – This chapter is about the value of understanding and compromise
3. Synergize – You will be the ultimate team member on your team. This chapter shows you how to become that in less time.
The last section of this book entitled “Sharpening the Saw” – there is never a down time to not be effective and this process can wear on a person. So, this chapter gives incredible insights on how never to become tired of being effective.
All of these habits combined present you with a person that is highly effective in any given situation. These are habits that need to be honed over time and are not instant, but with diligence and practice, you will overcome them.
